We had a nice trip even though we didn’t catch anything our guide was very nice, kind and knowledgeable. If we had a question he answered and taught us a few things we didn’t know for next time on our fishing trip. We will be sure to plan a steel head fishing trip for march he was telling us about. Thanks for a great time.

Captain Josh was personable and knowledgeable, making the day a great learning experience. I got to improve my fly casting skills while enjoying the beauty of the Manistee River. Even though the summer heat kept the trout from biting, he made sure I left with the knowledge and confidence to fish rivers in the area on my own. To top it off, he cooked delicious venison burgers right on the riverside. Highly recommend his guide services!

Josh took excellent care of me and my wife. He is knowledgeable and confident handling himself and his boat. We had a fantastic time! He took us to a spot on the river with abundant fish. We caught fish consistently—five within an hour. Though a few got away, Josh even cleaned our catch at no charge and provided us with a container to carry the fish home. Unlike other charter companies that charge per fish, he made the trip enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Josh! We look forward to booking another trip with you at your amazing price!
